The Township Board consists of 5 elected officials: Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer and two Trustees.  These members meet monthly to address topics concerning the Township, such as budgets, projects, and general business.

One duty of the Township Board is to appoint or hire the officials that will serve the Township in other capacities.  This includes the Planning Commissioners, Zoning Board of Appeals members, Zoning Administrator, Assessor, and other permanent or short-term officials and employees.

The Township Board meets each month on the fourth Thursday at 7:00 pm.  All meetings are held at the Denver Township Hall located at 130 Adams Rd., Hesperia, MI 49421.
